How do I win?

With the public African Blockchain Championship Notion page released, you can now see all confirmed Bounty prizes thus far and read about how to win the championship, find teammates and some learning resources for each of the sponsors!

There are two ways of winning (three, if we count “doing something new” as a win 😉) at the African Blockchain Championship. You can win Bounties. You can win the Championship.

If you wish, you can aim for both types of wins. To do so, ensure that your project:

1. meets the Bounty criteria outlined by the Bounty sponsors.

2. aligns with the Championship theme: “Blockchain for Development”.

3. has 1-5 members, and the majority are attending the kick-off at either a Primary or Satellite venue.

4. is submitted on time for each round, with the first submission being on April 14th, 12 pm GMT.

But I am new to blockchain!?

No worries. I got your back, and I recommend you start with “Blockchain 101” workshop by myself. This will give you the basics you need, and teach you how to create a wallet. It uses Cardano as an example, but all other blockchains work in the same way!

Once you’ve covered that, you can proceed to watch Yash Goyal’s workshop on “How to Quickly build an MVP using AI”.

After that, you’ll be ready to start delving into the Bounty Sponsor’s tech, which you will find on the ABC Notion page.
